The largest zoo in North Dakota is the Dakota Zoo, which is home to more than 600 different animals. The wide variety of animals makes this zoo a wonderful place to visit because you can see bison, mountain lions, prairie dogs, and other native animals all in one location. There are other fun things to take in while you are at the Dakota Zoo like the Land O'Lakes Ice Cream Parlor, the play area for kids, as well as the Antler Trading Post.
