Need a job? Move to North Dakota. In May, the state tied for the lowest unemployment rate in the nation - a mere 4.4% and added 3,000 jobs over the past month. Only Nebraska had as low a rate. The national unemployment rate rose to a 26-year high of 9.4% in May.
