See ND from a Bus
Thank you for choosing North Dakota for your tour! Whether you’re traveling in motorcoaches, RVs or buses, or on motorcycles, your tour will cross the trails of great American legends like Lewis and Clark, Sakakawea, Custer, Sitting Bull and Teddy Roosevelt.

North Dakota’s friendliness is ingrained in every part of its culture. “Dakota” is derived from the Sioux word meaning “friend,” and our nickname is the “Peace Garden State.” You will experience this when you visit the International Peace Garden, a summer theater presentation and special events. A friendly welcome awaits you at the many accommodations, restaurants, attractions, festivals and outdoor activities throughout North Dakota.

I invite you to visit and experience North Dakota and would be delighted to assist you with any planning to expand or build new tours within the state.

The American Bus Association has designated the Medora Musical and the North Dakota Rodeo Association Championship Finals as Top 100 Events in North America for 2008.

Events for the list are chosen by an elite tourism industry selection committee that evaluates hundreds of events from throughout the U.S. and Canada. Judges consider the event's broad appeal, its accessibility to motorcoaches and skill at handling large groups, and a variety of other relevant criteria.

The Medora Musical North Dakota's biggest summer event that attracts more than 100,000 people, will be held nightly May 30-Sept. 7, 2008, in Medora. The North Dakota Rodeo Association Championship Finals, held in Watford City Sept. 5-7, 2008, is the state's largest rodeo gathering and a must see for rodeo and cowboy fans.
